"Consideration for constructing a training program linking injury prevention and performance improvement"

How do you connect collective exercise for injury prevention to training for performance improvement? What is a good way to make use of the knowledge learned as Athletic Trainer for their behavior improvement without losing the good "sense" of the athletes? I think that we can share and discuss the training program that I have become visible to me in trial and error as a concept of axis as a concept of the axis of motion, motion screening, compensation movement, direction to pay attention, simplicity as the axis of concept.
