On Sunday, February 12, 2017, the 18th JATO Athletic Training Symposium 2017 will be held at the venue at Nihon University Sangenjaya campus. We invite speakers leading the industry this year and share the latest knowledge and experience.

Abstract:

"Consideration for constructing a training program linking injury prevention and performance improvement"

 

Abstract:

How do you connect collective exercise for injury prevention to training for performance improvement? What is a good way to make use of the knowledge learned as Athletic Trainer for their behavior improvement without losing the good "sense" of the athletes? I think that we can share and discuss the training program that I have become visible to me in trial and error as a concept of axis as a concept of the axis of motion, motion screening, compensation movement, direction to pay attention, simplicity as the axis of concept.

"About on ground training for the synchronized swimming national team"

Abstract:

I will introduce about the characteristics of synchronized swimming (hereafter, synchro) and physical training. As working for the national team full time, I will talk about the strategies that have won medals for three consecutive tournaments with past Beijing Olympics, the London Olympics, and the Rio de Janeiro Olympics, and also from the viewpoint of physical training on land We will do.

The basis of my activity is the studying at Shimada Hospital of Eikokai Association in Habikino City, Osaka Prefecture with Mr. Yasuaki Shimada who is a sports doctor. As a team member of TASH (Top Athlete Support Team Heartful) who conducts trainer work at various sports scenes while engaged in athletic rehabilitation work in the era of hospital work, I have provided guidance to various athletes. I am hoping to introduce the experiences of soccer, futsal and speed skating in charge of the top players, and that Synchro can introduce comparisons with other playing characteristics and points that I particularly pay attention to.

In practical skills, I will introduce strengthening of the trunk, upper limbs, and lower limbs, focusing on training necessary for synchro's competitive characteristics.

Because there are practical skills, please bring easy-to-move clothing and indoor training shoes.

There is also a possibility of lying on the floor. Please bring a yoga mat or a larger towel.

Lecture material will be sent in after the completion of the e-mail application. Since there is no distribution on the day, please bring on your own after printing.
